Payment Methods
Payments and refunds are settled in euros (EUR).
We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club.
During checkout, select “Credit Card” under “Payment Method.” You may incur transfer and processing fees from your respective bank.
Select “PayPal” in the “Payment method” checkout step and you will be automatically redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Refunds from returns will be made to the registered PayPal account.
In the right part of the checkout window, enter the respective voucher code in the “Gift card or discount code” field provided. The changed total will be displayed to you automatically. If the amount of the order exceeds the value of your ELISABETHVIENNASTUDIO Gift Card, please select your desired payment method with which you would like to pay the remaining amount. If the value of your Gift Card exceeds the amount of the order, you can use the same code again for your next purchase. The remaining amount is valid until you have completely used up the value.
