Shipping
We ship all packages within the European Union through the Austrian POST. International shipments to the United States are carried out by Fedex.
Austria: free standard shipping for orders over €200 - otherwise €6.00
Germany: free standard shipping for orders over €200 - otherwise €12.00
European Union: free standard shipping for orders over 300€ - otherwise €25.00*
USA: free standard shipping for orders over 400€ - otherwise €50.00*

For orders shipped outside the EU, import taxes, customs duties and costs may be charged by the destination country. Import duties and taxes are levied by the respective import customs office and are borne by the recipient. These depend on the import regulations of the recipient country. For more information, ask your local customs office.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day.
During busier periods it may take up to three days. The delivery times shown below are in addition to this time.
Orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation.
Germany & Austria: 2-3 days (Mon-Fri)
European Countries: 5-6 days (Mon-Fri)
International: 3-14 days (Mon-Fri)
Delivery times are only indicative (for standard
shipping). Deliveries to remote destinations cannot always be guaranteed within
the specified timeframe.

Deliveries ordered by us are insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance expires as soon as the delivery is received.
We reserve the right to send partial deliveries in special cases. The shipping costs are only charged once.
We ship the goods within the European Union and to the United States (USA).

Duties and Taxes are included in all orders in the EU.
For non EU Orders:
Unfortunately, we only have limited control over these fees and are not able to give exact costs for duties and taxes, because customs policy and import duties vary from country to country out side of the European Union.
Please inform yourself in advance at your responsible customs office about the amount of taxes and duties.
If no one is found, the delivery person we commission will make a second delivery attempt on the next working day and, in exceptional cases, a third delivery attempt. If necessary, the shipment will be left with the delivery person for a few days for you to pick up. You will be notified of this.
If delivery or handover of the goods to you is not possible for reasons for which you are responsible (e.g. because you are not found in person twice at the delivery address provided by him during normal delivery times or because you do not collect the goods from the delivery person despite notification) , you must bear the additional costs incurred, in particular the costs of returning the goods to ElisabethviennaStudio.
