No. You bear the costs of returning the goods. Please also read the cancellation policy .
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be flawless and undamaged in their original condition including the hangtags and labels.
We would like to point out at this point that we do not accept duty-unpaid returns outside the EU and will automatically be sent back to the sender.
A delivery note is included with every delivery. And so it goes:
1. Please place the delivery note and item in the original packaging

4. After receiving the package back and processing the return
we will notify you.
You are only entitled to return goods if your cancellation is valid. Please read the cancellation policy. Unless otherwise agreed, a right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (so-called . “personalized goods”).
1. If you effectively withdraw from the contract, we will pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the one offered by us, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.
2. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
3. A refund will always only be made to you as the customer/buyer and using the same payment method that you used for your payment. If the goods were paid for in whole or in part with a voucher, the refund will be made in full or in part in the form of a new voucher.
4. The duration of the repayment can vary depending on the payment method.
You must pay us compensation for any loss in value of the returned goods if the loss in value is due to your handling of the goods that was not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods. We will offset the amount of the loss in value against your claim for repayment.
